time they may change is if Visa/MasterCard change the Interchange rate,

The DISCOUNT RATE is by far the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR in determining your monthly merchant account costs.
Your Discount Rate is the percentage that is kept by the bank from each transaction you process. The higher the base rate... the more the processor keeps... and the more it costs you every month!
