If you’re a senior citizen and you have a disability, we can help you live your life independently and with dignity.

We work directly with your state and the federal government to coordinate the program – Medicaid, Medicare, SCHIP…whatever is right for you – to help you get the healthcare services you need.

Some of the programs we offer around the country:

For Families and Children

MEDICAID: State health program for families with low incomes and resources

TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families): For children under 19 and for women who are pregnant or have children

CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program): For children under 19 who are not eligible for Medicaid and do not have health insurance

For Seniors and People with Disabilities

MEDICARE: Federal health insurance for people who are age 65 and older, or who meet other special criteria

SSI (Supplemental Security Income): For the elderly and people with disabilities (i.e., aged, blind, or disabled)

LTC (Long Term Care): For people 18 and older who are eligible for long-term care services (nursing home level), and for the individuals who help them

SNP (Special Needs Plan): For people receiving both Medicare and Medicaid benefits
