If you’re a mother, we can make sure your baby gets off to the right start.

If you’re chronically ill, we can help you manage your disease while making the most out of life.

If you’re a senior citizen and you have a disability, we can help you live your life independently and with dignity.

We work directly with your state and the federal government to coordinate the program. Whether it is Medicaid, Medicare, or SCHIP, we will find whatever is right for you and help you get the health care services you need.

Some of the programs we offer around the country:

For Families and Children

MEDICAID: State health program for families with low incomes and resources

TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families): For children under 19 and for women who are pregnant or have children

CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program): For children under 19 who are not eligible for Medicaid and do not have health insurance

For Seniors and People with Disabilities

MEDICARE: Federal health insurance for people who are age 65 and older, or who meet other special criteria

SSI (Supplemental Security Income): For the elderly and people with disabilities (i.e., aged, blind, or disabled)

LTC (Long-Term Care): For people 18 and older who are eligible for long-term care services (nursing home level), and for the individuals who help them

SNP (Special Needs Plan): For people receiving both Medicare and Medicaid benefits
